Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order before the restaurant starts preparing the food.
Once the order has been accepted and preparation has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Harsh Kitchen reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of items, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
In case an order is cancelled by Harsh Kitchen, the customer will receive a full refund for any prepaid amount.


Refund Policy
If an online payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded automatically.
Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are not applicable for orders that have already been prepared, dispatched, or successfully delivered, except in cases of service issues verified by Harsh Kitchen.
